I picked this up a few weeks ago because I didn’t want to spend too much, and so far I’m happy with it. For the price, it’s a solid deal. It’s not fancy, but it does what I need and feels like good value for what I paid.

I ordered two dresses, and of course one of them didn’t fit right at the worst possible time. Just bad timing on my part, honestly. I started the return through the site and it was really simple, plus the return label showed up in my email fast.

The refund came through a few days after they got the dress back, which was a relief. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of emails, so that was nice. I’d definitely shop here again

I ordered a couple of things from bonton.com, and my snap judgment is that the quality is just okay. Not bad enough to be upset about, but definitely not amazing either.

One of the shirts actually felt nice and fit well, so that was a win. But another item had loose threads right away, and the fabric felt thinner than I expected the second I picked it up.
Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. For the price, though, I thought everything would feel a little better, so I’d probably only order again if there was a solid sale and I was being picky.
